Cecrian Empire
Powers & Abilities
Cecrians and Nuruians are the ancient descendants of Mother Orixa. For over 300,000 years, they have secretly governed Earth. When Eve departed Earth for the planet Nuru, and Adam became the father of Dredlords, Orixa remained and continued to populate the planet with Cecrians, eventually establishing her Empire.
Mother Orixa

Mother Orixa, the progenitor of the ancient Cecrian species, was originally a serpent that acquired the Lifestone of Protection, a relic that enabled her to transform into a human, sustain her life, and create humanoid beings from any species of her choosing. In truth, she is over 300,000 years old. Indeed her greatest weakness is this secret—her own reflection.
In her human form, she wears this veil, and refers to herself as Beautiful Echidnas. By utilizing this relic, she created the Cecrians by endowing common lizards with the gift of a soul and human likeness, thereby allowing them to disguise themselves as humans and coexist with Earth's inhabitants unnoticed. Furthermore, Orixa created the Nuruian race, a serpent-human hybrid that incorporated the ancient human gene of Eve.
Character Breakdown
For centuries, Beautiful Echidnas has occupied her throne, governing Earth. Her most significant power is not her telekinetic ability, nor her proficiency in hex spells, nor is it the Lifestone of Protection that sustains her, but her greatest strength lies in her political influence. With her children strategically positioned in power, she comfortably sits upon her throne in Mt. Shasta, exerting control over America itself.

War Chief Zorian
War Chief Zorian, the first pure-blood son of Mother Orixa, holds a distinct position within the Cecrian Empire. Unlike the Cecrian underlings, pure-blood individuals are referred to as Nuruians, carrying the genes of Orixa and Eve, the first woman. They possess remarkable power, often manifesting a serpent humanoid form. As a respected military strategist and Commander of the Cecrian Empire, Zorian has earned a reputation for his exceptional leadership skills.
His powers comprise a combination of raw sorcery, elemental, earth, and psionic abilities. He wields a magical war hammer that can bond with specific energies. Genius-level IQ, and one of the most elite fighters in the Earth’s galaxy.

Ningizzida
Ningizzida is the first-born pure-blood of the Nuruian bloodline, the eldest daughter of Mother Orixa, and Ambassador of the Cecrian Empire. With an existence dating back to the Garden of Eden, she possesses the unique ability to communicate in every language on Earth and exercise shapeshifting capabilities.

Rather than a combatant, Ningizzida is a skilled diplomat who navigates the intricate political aspects of the throne with finesse. Her exceptional charm and seductive prowess are highly regarded throughout the planet and the galaxy.
Her capabilities include shapeshifting, proficiency in all languages including AI coding, and a genius-level IQ. She possesses advanced psionic mental abilities that can shred a mortal's mind with ease. Notably, she favors invoking mind control tactics over violence, thereby effortlessly subjugating both Cecrian and human thralls to her will.

The Loyalists
The Cecrians were created from Mother Orixa's lifestone, upon which she imparted the fundamental principles of civilization to the common lizards of Old Eden. Today, having evolved significantly, she is supported by a legion of warriors who revere her as their sovereign Queen and cherish her as a maternal mother. Millions of Cecrians globally comprise the military intelligence and clandestine governments across the galaxy. These are the loyalists.

Nega & Nuwa
Nega and Nuwa are elite Cecrians, comprising the upper echelon of soldiers who have executed the Queen's clandestine operations for centuries. They exhibit a propensity for violence. Despite the Annunakian Gorgonian's admonition to maintain peace on Earth, they have failed to comply. Cecrians have historically been embroiled in conflict with humanity, and these twins exemplify the most ruthless aspects of their species. They frequently engage in psychological manipulation of their adversaries. As skilled martial fighters, they possess elemental and psionic abilities, supplemented by their capacity to employ stealth and invisibility spells to evade their opponents.

The Changers
There is another group of Cecrians who reside on Earth and have chosen not to engage in conflict. They prefer to coexist peacefully among humans. The lifestone that created them grants them this ability, immortality, and the option to transform into a human appearance of their choice. Many of them serve as spies, reporting to their Queen, while others are rebels who have a deep affection for humanity and their human form. These individuals are considered more dangerous than the Loyalists, as they transmit unnatural diseases to humanity. These beings are known as the Changers.
